Sean and I have returned from our whirlwind tour of Texas, and we had tons of fun. Being married is great, because we had 3 Christmases! We celebrated at our place (just the 2 of us) on Sunday morning after Sean got off of work. We headed to Waco that afternoon and had Christmas there on Monday and then we were off to Abilene for Christmas on Tuesday. All in all, we scored LOTS of really nice presents, ate way too much delicious food and had fun with both of our families. We are both blessed to have such generous and loving families.
Of course, no Christmas vacation is complete without meeting up with James and Merie and friends in Waco for a few rounds of Settlers of Catan. This game is probably on the "Dungeons and Dragons" level of nerdery, but we love it and it's become a tradition. They even gave us our own copy for Christmas, but we need 4 people to play. Since the Fregias live in California, we'd like to invite you all over for game night!
I have to go back to work tomorrow, and I'm totally dreading it. This long vacation has spoiled me. I hope you all had a fantastic holiday!

Did Sean get you the mixer? If so, our boys did good this year. Matthew got me an ipod. I'll have to send you the recipe for Beer Bread. You can make it in your mixer and then you can also have beer for breakfast.
We have not played Settlers, but we have several friends down here that play it. We played SceneIt TV over Christmas. The game was so dumb that I took it back to Wal-Mart after we had already played it.
